An Introduction to Leadership

This is an introduction to the essentials of leadership at Riverside Vineyard Church. It is for anyone exploring leadership and wanting to grow & develop is this vital gift in the life of our church.
This course follows on from the foundation of the Riverside Vineyard Essentials course (RVE), and generally it works best to come along to RVE before engaging with Introduction to Leadership.
This course focuses on what it means to be a Jesus-centred leader primarily in the life of our church, but the principles are helpful to other areas of life too, e.g. the workplace.
