1-3’s Materials
Please use the below as a guide for your session. We feel our kids are currently not at the stage where they can engage in lots of sitting and listening so this session guide allows them lots of free/independant play. Please do try and engage in at least one of the more God-centred activities whether it is a Bible story, a worship song or a prayer.
SESSION PLAN- every Sunday
Note: Each Sunday will look different depending on the ages and development stages of the children present. As leaders, if you feel there are some kids in the room who are ready for more advanced teaching or activities then feel free to make that call and use the session plan as your guide. If all the children want to engage in is free play, that is fine- use the opportunity to spend time praying for each child. If God gives you any words or pictures for them (must be strengthening, encouraging and comforting in line with 1 Corinthians 14:3), write it down and hand it to their parent at pick up time.

Worship
At Riverside we believe that we can worship God no matter how old (or young) we are! Worship songs can also help teach children valuable things such as how much God loves them, which will help them in their journey with God as they grow up. Choose a song from this playlist each week to sing with the children and worship God together.
